You can reset your password using the following steps:

This process is the same regardless of which device you are using.

Please navigate to our login page and you will see the 'Forgot Password' link

You will then be taken to our 'Forgot your password' page where you can input your email address.

PLEASE NOTE: that if you do not spell your email correctly, or have not yet been set up on our system, we WILL NOT send you an email asking you to reset your password. Please contact us if this is the case and we can guide you in the right direction.

If you have successfully inputted your email address, you will shortly receive an email asking you to 'Reset Password'. Please click on the blue button and you will be asked to provide a new password, at which point you can then log in.
